Hmm..looks like there is no fast GUI way to view what blocksize a NTFS partition was formatted with after the fact.
Turns out that there are several ways to do it but this is the one I found the most useful.
Try using the following command:
fsutil fsinfo ntfsinfo c:
Aha! A format with a blocksize with 64 kilobytes!
Visit technet for other great information you can gather with fsutil!
